Almond Trout Almond Trout

Ingredients:

2 fresh trout
3 tb + 1 tsp (50g) butter
3 1/2 ounces (100g) almond
lemon juice
parsley

  1. Spread flour on a plate and put the trout on the plate to coat each side
  2. Fry the trout into the frying pan with melted butter for 4-5 minute, turn and cook for 2 more minutes
  3. Sprinkle with lemon juice and cook for 1 or 2 minutes
  4. Fry brown almonds in a clean frying pan without butter
  5. Serve hot trout sprinkled with browned almonds and parsley

  6. Wine suggestion for the recipe: Chardonnay or Pouilly Fume
